Senior Marketing Analyst
Indianapolis, IN
We are seeking a talented Marketing Analyst, with a minimum of 2 years SEM/search engine marketing experience to manage online search campaigns via Google, Yahoo, MSN and others. A Bachelors degree and experience with Google AdWords , Overture (Yahoo Search Marketing) and MSN's Ad Center required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with Business or Marketing emphasis preferred
  • 2+ years experience required with Online Marketing, especially in the areas of pay per click search engines and search campaign implementation.
  • Must be Experienced with Google AdWords , Overture (Yahoo Search Marketing) and MSN's Ad Center.
  • Experience working with other PPC engines, Shopping Engines, Content networks or Managing Media campaigns on channels such as EBay/Amazon is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills - You will manage 100,000+ keywords, must be able to analyze data and keyword performance.
  • Ad Copy Writing - Experience writing and tweaking ad copy for search marketing campaigns.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized and efficient with time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work across multiple departments including sales, technology and accounting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
  • Fully manage multiple search campaigns via Google, Yahoo, MSN and others.
  • Work directly with the VP of Sales/Marketing to ensure successful campaigns.
  • Increase advertising ROI.
  • Provide full accountability via reporting.

We are seeking a talented plumbing products specialist, with a minimum of 4 years industry experience to manage online sales of a broad range of plumbing products. A Bachelors degree is preferred and exceptional computer skills are required.
Requirements:

Successful candidate will have expertise in selling plumbing products to the retail trade, the dealer market on a direct basis, as well as to plumbers on a wholesale basis. Responsibilities will include training customer service to sell plumbing products as well as familiarizing purchasing and warehouse staff on product basics.

Candidates must have outstanding interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and must be detail-oriented, creative, and problem solvers. Experience using PC's and Microsoft Office applications is a must.
Responsibilities:

Warehouse Associate - First Shift Monday thru Friday (9:00 am to 5:00pm)

We are seeking a talented Warehouse Associate with at least 2 years of verifiable work experience.
Requirements:

High School diploma required, some college or trade experience strongly preferred; proven ability to count accurately; ability to read and understand complex orders; proven reliability (attendance & punctuality); no lifting restrictions; forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
